Easy saver $14.95/mt for what?
Page 2

I bought some Pro-flowers and signed up for Easy Saver-honestly do not remember signing up-have never heard back from them--never given anything-no card--no website -no emails ---except they bill me every month.

The Kings of Bait and switch

Buyer BEWARE!~They know exactly what they are doing and the lady on the 1-800 does cancellations all day and all she talks about is the electronic signature--that was my BAD. It is very interesting that I never even receive a monthly email--no no no they just send the bill. WE learn from our mistakes

I too have noticed these charges on the same date from these two companies...I called the number and received a voicemail with a single choice of canceling after I entered my cell #. I called the number I found for both. And then later called yet a third # I located and that time, after I entered my cell #, it said it didn't recognize it, so I can only assume it was canceled already??? Who knows? Anyone have a follow up on if their cancellation really was canceled? Also, anyone get any calls about magazine subscriptions around same time of the mystery charges???

Biff wtf? This is the "Pissed Consumer" website Mr. Contrarian. We don't need people COMPLAINING about the complainers. Sh** happens to everybody, but maybe not to you because you never leave the house. Just board-hop through your anger issues in your Mom's basement. Loser.

This was the first time I used proflowers and I was signed for easysavers. The have already billed me $14.95 twice. I just called them and cancelled. They were suprisingly nice on the phone and said I would receive the money back within two cycles. We will see..We all just need to be careful because these days when we shop on-line many times there are check boxes to sign us for something and get our money. The thing is those check boxes are already checked by default. Never again I shop at proflowers.

Biff says "click on something free then complain"

Apparently my step-son clicked on something using my card. I just saw that I've been getting charged for a year now by American Leisure, Easy saver, and AP9Identity.

If anyone has a physical address of these compaines it would be appreciated. Then keep an eye on the news.

My elderly mother who does not own a credit card nor has ever touched a computer has the same two $14.95 recurring charges on her checking account from Easy Saver and American Leisure. It is clearly a scam and not specific to the internet.

I googled EZSVER RW (no phone number listed after my charges) and found 800-444-9800 in a different discussion. I called them and was only on hold for about 2 minutes before getting a very friendly girl on the phone who very quickly refunded the 2 charges of 14.95 that I had and cancelled any future charges. Just wanted to let you all know, that it was easy to get rid of it, no complicated procedure or arguing over who's fault it was. I recommend calling them if you are having this problem.

I have the same thing just happen to me. The screen is not explicit and you thought it is actually from proflowers of being a return customer. Proflowers is asking for trouble and lost of business for being affiliated with this easy saver company.

You people are all the same. You click a link for something free then complain about it later when your trial period is up.

I am not defending any of these marketing companies, but they do tell you what you are signing up for. Shame on you for not reading the fine print as it is all spelled out for you.

Quit complaining, read what you are signing up for and remember that NOTHING in life is FREE! :cry

I got charged two $14.95 every single month from:

- American Leisure for $14.95

- Easy Saver for $14.95

So each month the total is $29.9, for entire 12-month period. And I just noticed that today. The amount was not large enough to come to my attention. At this time, I will let it go if they give me a full refund.

I have no idea how they got my information. I have also found out the two separate charges come from the same company.

I will file a law suit if I don't get a full refund - this company needs to disappear from the earthe.

The easy saver program is something that you have to read a terms and condition in order for them to charge your card. So dont blame it on proflowers, blame yourself for being stupid and clicking on something without reading the fine print. Maybe you all should pay more attention before clicking on thing just cause you want to save money.
