Easy Saver Rewards complaint by Rreed7181
I received a phone call from Alex Smith #98335 and he offered my 2 gift cards worth $25 each (one to walmart and the other a gas card). He explained that I was recieving these for being a valued customer and promised I wouldn't have to pay anything until the cards arrived. Then his floor supervisor Florance #1168 got on the phone and explained everything again but added an additional package at no extra charge (I couldn't understand her, neither spoke english well). She just needed to know my visa or master card expiration number. I asked why did she need this. She said to verify I am who they called. I asked how does that verify who I am. She explained some crap that didn't make any sense. I promptly hung up. They called right back but I did not answer the phone.
