Easy Saver Rewards complaint
April 16, 2008

I am also a victum of a bait-and-bill scam. I ordered an item from Proflower.com. After rec my credit card bill I noticed additional, revolving, charges! $14.95 and $1.95?

It appears that when an order is placed, with Proflowers.com, an offer to sign-up for the Rewards Program is offered. I saw that when I placed my order and declined. Seems, even if you decline to be a member of the Rewards Program ... some how Encore Marketing, Inc. ie; Easy Saver Rewards Program is given a copy of a persons credit card number and personal information. The person on the credit card is now part of a "revolving" fee.

I am currently working with Virgina, she can be reached at 1800-355-1837 Ext 4006. She is a supervisor for the Easy Saver Program. She said that she WOULD provide me with a copy of the transaction they rec inorder to know to bill my credit card. I encourage any of you who have been frauded to report this company the Attorney General of your state. Chris Olympia, WA

Your an Idiot. Go ahead and report this to the attorney general to the state. They are going to laugh that you are a *** idiot that signed up for a program. You don't think a 300 million dollar company has legal that they have taken care of?
